‘Say No to Drugs, Ride for Health’ Cycle Rally Held in Kurnool
Kurnool: A major awareness program titled “Medicine Vaddu Brother… Thokkubro Cycle” It was held in Kurnool city under the supervision of the Eagle unit. The event witnessed the participation of Minister TG Bharat, Panyam MLA Gowru Charitha Reddy, Eagle SP Nagesh Babu and many senior officials.
The bike rally started at the historic Kondareddy Buruju and continued till RS Road junction. Nearly 400 participants pedaled through the city, chanting slogans against drug use and promoting a drug-free society.
Minister TG Bharat’s active participation in the rally by riding a bicycle increased the enthusiasm among the participants. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the state government has initiated special measures to curb drug abuse in Andhra Pradesh. He added that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is determined to achieve a drug-free Andhra Pradesh.
