They say it’s never too late to learn, but Meghan Markle is doing her best to start showing respect and kindness to the Royal Family. There was a time when a mouse couldn’t sneeze in Windsor, before the Duke and Duchess of Sussex wrote about it or told Netflix viewers about the mouse’s relentless whisper campaign.
At least we know Harry and Meghan won’t be starring in Celebrity Traitors anytime soon. If Claudia Winkleman claimed either of them was a traitor, they couldn’t keep it a secret. Harry would probably find the nearest camera to accuse everyone in the castle of being Traitors, while Meghan would dash to the castle kitchen to make pots of ‘As Always, Faithful’ organic jam.

No one has made more money from revealing royal secrets in the last 50 years than Harry and Meghan.
Harry revealed private conversations with his brother William and sister-in-law Catherine to make the Welsh look bad, leaving the Sussexes looking like victims of the royal machine.
America exaggerated this; They see the Royal Family as a soap opera, and for them it was Bobby Ewing spilling the beans on JR.
But years later, it has become a tired formula. America grew tired of the Sussexes’ whining, and as viewers turned off, so did their Netflix contract.
The world is struggling with real problems, and an entitled, wealthy royal who once claimed to have been wrestled to the ground by her older brother no longer garners sympathy.
Many have wondered whether Harry and Meghan will use their return to the UK this summer, which falls a year before the start of the Invictus Games in Birmingham in 2027, to reassure the seemingly estranged Royals.
So Meghan has reportedly abandoned plans to write her memoir in order to supposedly “uphold the standards of the monarchy,” which seems a bit rich on her part.

She hinted at her intention to follow in her husband’s footsteps during a tell-all podcast last year. But it has now been revealed that Meghan has chosen not to move forward with the idea.
A source said: “Meghan and Harry are careful about everything they do and say to uphold the standards of the monarchy. [memoirs] the kind of projects they don’t want to do.”
The Royal Family has always had a motto of ‘never complain, never explain’. Instead, Meghan and Harry never stopped complaining about everyone.
The Duchess of Sussex published a children’s book called The Bench in June 2021, nearly a year after she and her husband left the UK for the US.
Now his mega-money tell-all memoir may be being shelved – but this olive branch to King Charles and Prince William may be too little, too late.
