The jury members who decide the mushroom cooks will begin the first negotiations on whether they are guilty of the triple murder.
The jury retired to take into account the decision of the Victoria Supreme Court as the 10th week of Monday afternoon.
It will be up to 12 jury members to decide whether Patterson 50 -year -old Patterson deliberates his guests with a beef tied with death hats mushrooms.
Heather, former mother -in -law Don and Gail Patterson and Gail’s sister, died on 29 July 2023 after consuming lunch at Patterson’s regional Victorian house.

Justice Beale reminded the jury members that Patterson should be acquitted if there is any doubt about the feeling of guilt.
On Monday, “If you have a reasonable doubt if you are guilty of crime, you will not be satisfied with the defendant is guilty of crime,” he said.

The jury is lined up during the negotiations and will remain together until unanimously reached in all charges.
Justice Beale reiterated how each person has reached the consequences, but each jury member should agree on the decision.
The jury can deliver its decisions from 10.30 to 16.00 on Saturdays and Saturdays on Saturdays and Saturdays.
If the jury members do not make a decision, they will still be sequered on Sunday, but they will not have to be deliberate.
