A witness at centre of ICAC probe arrested after months on the run

In the center of an ICAC investigation, an former public official was arrested months later in a corrupt transportation contract of $ 343 million.

Ibrahim Helmy, a former employee of NSW, was arrested by cyber crime detectives in Lakemba four months after answering a call before the commission.
