India Opt to Bowl, Claim Early Wicket Against South Africa in ODI Decider

visakhapatnam: India skipper KL Rahul won the toss and elected to bowl against South Africa in the third and final One-day International match here on Saturday.
India made one change from the side that lost the second ODI in Raipur, bringing in Tilak Varma in place of all-rounder Washington Sundar. South Africa, where important players Nandre Burger and Tony de Zorzi were injured, replaced them with Ryan Rickelton and Ottneil Baartman. Burger and de Zorzi will be out of action for a few weeks. In the previous match, Burger felt discomfort in his right hamstring, while de Zorzi encountered pain in his right hamstring while batting. The series remained at 1-1 after India won the first ODI and South Africa equalized in Raipur. An Indian captain won the toss after 20 consecutive defeats.
