“Best Chapters Still Lie Ahead”: Netanyahu Hails India-Israel Friendship On 79th Independence Day | India News

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who calls India and Israel “two proud democracy”, extended his wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Indian people on Friday, 79th Independence Day.
In his greetings, Netanyahu said that both India and Israel have achieved a lot together and that the best parts of the partnership between the two countries are still waiting to be written.
Netanyahu, Netanyahu published on X on X by the Israeli Prime Minister’s office on X, “Congratulations to my dear friend PM Narendra Modi and Indian people. Israel and India, two proud democracies connected to history, innovation and friendship. The best parts of our nations are still prominent.” He said.
Israeli President Isaac Herzog expanded his wishes to President Droupadi Murmu and Indian people on the Day of Independence, and said that India’s friendship deeply strengthened Israel in these difficult times.
“On India’s Day of Independence, I send heartfelt greetings to President Droupadi Murmu and all the people of India. Can you enjoy a year of peace and prosperity? Your friendship with Israel is deeply strengthening us in these difficult days.
Amir Ohana, Israeli Knesset’s speaker, extended his wishes to the people of Lok Sabha on the Independence Day, Om Bir and Indian people. He also shared an old picture and Birla with other leaders.
In an article shared in X, Ohana, “Congratulations to all Indians on behalf of Knesset! India, my dear friend Om Birla and all the citizens of India, I expand my hottest wishes. Friendship between our countries and Parliament.”
Israel’s Ambassador to India Reuven Azar participated in the celebration of Independence Day celebrations at Red Fort in the New Delhi, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speech was called “inspiring”. He also shared a picture in the iconic place.
“PM Narendra Modi’s inspiring speech at Red Fort. Happy Independence Day India,” he sent Azar.
In April, Netanyahu searched for condolences and PM Modi, which expressed his wishes for the people of Israel and the “Islamist terrorist attack in Kashmir”.
Prime Minister Modi thanked him for sharing in India’s mourning and stressed that the two countries have been standing shoulder to shoulder in the global campaign against the lethal terrorism. PM Modi shared the barbarian nature of the cross -border terrorist attack and reiterated the decision to bring India’s perpetrators and supporters to justice.
The two leaders also discussed the development of transportation and communication corridor that would connect Asia with Europe through Saudi Arabia and Israel.
