Man charged after children fell ill at Stathern Lodge summer camp

A 76 -year -old man was accused of getting sick in a summer camp in Leicestershire.
At the camp in Stathern Lodge, Stathern, eight children and an adult was taken to hospital on Monday, after Leicestershire police launched an investigation. Since then they have been discharged.
Independent Police Behavior Office (IPC) Police Observer, said the power was investigating the incident.
Jonathon Ruben of Landmere Lane in Rudddington, Nottinghamshire, was accused of three intentional patients of a child for three children.
He was detained and will appear on Saturday at the Leicester Magistrates’ Court.
Police said that the children in a summer camp on the site first received a report that they were uncomfortable on Sunday.
“This was a very sad and shocking moment for the most directly affected children and parents, especially for the most directly affected children and parents.
He continued: “We want to remind everyone that they have active criminal proceedings against Mr. Ruben and have the right to a fair trial.”
