From royals to tech deals as Trump visits UK

A state visit always sends a buzz to the news room – and US President Donald Trump’s trip to England next week seems to be ready to present royal, political and business headings despite his second visit.

Wednesday will bring the royal glory and ceremony.
Trump and First Lady Melania will be covered by King Charles and Queen Camilla at Windsor Castle with a royal salute and then a transport regiment.
Later, the President, Queen II. He will put a wreath on Elizabeth’s grave and follow a Flypast of the American F-35 military jets alongside the British red arrows. The day will end with a state feast where both the king and the president will speak.
On Thursday, it depends on the business world.
Trump will meet with Keir Starmer for a series of bilateral meetings, and then will go to Country House, the Prime Minister of England, where he will hold a joint press conference later on that day.
From a foreign policy perspective, the timing is strange.
Starmer fired UK’s Ambassador Peter Mandelson and showed new details about his connections with the infamous pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Download Street gave Mandelson a lot of hope to revive the “private relationship” between the two countries.
Interestingly, only two weeks ago, Telegraph reported Trump invited Mandelson’s predecessor Karen Pierce to the state feast of this week, with a sign that the problem may have already been brewed.

But return to work. Both Trump and Starmer may be connected to technology bros to bring some positive cuffs.
Ryan Browne from CNBC said on Friday that Nvidia and Openai, both part of the US business delegation traveling with Trump, will make major investment commitments of England. A person who is familiar with the issue is discussing a great agreement to support the development of data center in the country, which is a person familiar with CNBC.
US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent will also attend the state feast in Windsor Castle and meetings with Starmer.
Madrid, where Bessent met with HE LiFeng for trading talks between the United States and China, will just come out of the plane from Spain. Furthermore, Tiktok, who faced another deadline on September 17, is expected to decide on an American ban in social media or a partial sale of a Chinese parental.
It’s too much for a week. And while the state visits are known for their meticulous planning, the news room will keep your eyes and ears open for unexpected moments-a hot slip, controversial clothes selection, exotic banquet menu selection, or other surprises that can enter our way.
