The young’s case was briefly mentioned in the Children’s Court on Friday morning when the child did not appear. The court heard that he was taken to hospital.
The prosecutor’s office requested an eight -week postponement to prepare a summary of the evidence.
The task lawyer heard that a judicial assistance application was made, but the court could be represented specifically.
The case was postponed to 2 September.
