For the United Nations General Assembly in New York, Petro said to a crowd outside the United Nations Headquarters: “I want all the soldiers of the US Army not to point out their weapons to people. (President Donald) Do not obey Trump’s orders.
The office and the Ministry of Colombia did not immediately respond to the requests for comments.
In his speech to the global meeting on Tuesday, Petro also appeared to Trump, saying that the US leader was a “criminal partner in genocide” in Gaza and called for a “criminal case” on missile attacks on suspicious drugs in the Caribbean waters.
Petro’s Social Media Profile on Friday showed that he re -published a few video clips speaking on the combination of pro -Palestinian protesters in New York.
“Free Palestine. If Gaza falls, humanity dies,” Petro said in an article in X.
