‘I have reached a place in life where…’

Read on to know why Ronit Roy has moved away from social media.

Television and Bollywood actor Ronit Bose Roy has announced that he will take a break from social media to focus on his personal development. Sharing her break with a long note on her Instagram account, Güzel stated that she was trying to find a ‘new’ and better version of herself, and for this, she had to leave comfort and old, bad habits behind.

Ronit also stated that although it may seem scary, taking a break is very necessary. He disabled the comments section on his Instagram post, sharing that it would be a temporary break and that he would return soon.

Her post read: “Hello, what I have to say will come from a place of love, understanding, and kindness. You all know I love you. I browse your posts, like your posts, comment on your posts, and respond to as many DMs as possible. I am extremely grateful for everything I receive. I cherish everything. Especially the love and respect I receive from all of you, which I cherish and hold very close to my heart.”

“But I’ve reached a point in life where I need to carve out a new path for myself and my family. A path that I hope will lead to a better me as a person, in relationships, and as an actor. This path is one I have never walked before. Leave comfort and old bad habits behind. Jump up and live outside the box. It’s scary… I know… but it has to be done. A complete digital separation is one of the most important factors in me becoming mentally and spiritually stronger and finding the new me. (I hope you all will love it even more). So, for a while.” (it is unclear how long it will last), please forgive me for not paying attention to social media at all.”

Sharing that she will return when she feels ready, Ronit concluded her words as follows: “Needless to say, it is impossible to live away from your love, so I will return when personal goals are achieved and better habits are acquired and put into practice. Please do not forget me. Love you all, God bless you all.”

On the professional side, Ronit Bose Roy was last seen in the mythological horror film Maa, starring Kajol. He rose to fame in the 2000s with his role as Mihir in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. He also played Mr. Bajaj in the super hit TV show Kasautii Zindagii Kay opposite Shweta Tiwari.
