Hochul, once Cuomo's second in command, identifies 'areas of alignment' with socialist Mamdani
New York government Kathy Hochul – Lieutenant Governor under Andrew Cuomo – on Sunday, Zohran Mamdani in front of the Democratic Socialist New York Mayor, he said.
“FOX News Sunday” server Shannon Bream asked Hoch to support Hoch, who supported Mamdani running against Cuomo and others, after he strictly stated how to host the Democratic MPs of Texas who escaped from the state to determine a GOP red distribution plan.

“There are many disagreements, but there are also alignment areas, including the affordable price,” Mamdani Governor said. “You know, the choices touched a nerve. And people, you know, what, we don’t just progress. And Trump policies, which are promised to raise people, reduce costs, not touch Medicaid, make sure that the tariffs do not create business, so we need some change now.”
Hochul, as the governor, said that New York is already working with two different mayors and said, “I will continue to work with the voters want me and run me.”

Hochul, “I will handle this because I represent 8 million New York inhabitants I represent, so my work calm things.” He said. “Let’s see what the election results are, but people should accept that the mayor touches a nerve and we need to be sensitive.
After Cuomo resigned in the midst of Cuomo, he played the role of the Governor and was later elected a full period.
After the primary loss to Mamdani, the June Democratic Mayor, Cuomo joined New York Mayor Eric Adams as another independent candidate working in the general elections.
Adams and Cuomo exchanged thorns about which one should be released before November to improve the chance of defeat of a Mamdani.
