Karmelo Anthony faced isolation before prison transfer in track meet murder

Karmelo Anthony was isolated in prison after being taken into custody following his murder conviction on Tuesday.
Anthony was convicted of murder Tuesday and sentenced to 35 years in prison for stabbing 17-year-old Austin Metcalf during a high school track meet in Frisco, Texas.
Fox News Digital confirmed that he was taken to the Collin County Jail and is being held in isolation in the infirmary at the jail.

The person, who was released during the hearing, was taken into custody after his sentence.

Anthony faced life in prison after being found guilty of murder. He will be eligible for parole after serving half of his 35-year sentence.
