OnePlus Nord 6 launched in India: Price, sale date, specs, offers and key features

OnePlus Nord 6 has been officially launched in India, expanding the company’s mid-range smartphone portfolio. The device will go on sale from April 9 and will be available on offline retail stores as well as online platforms.

The smartphone comes in two configurations. The base model with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage is sold at a price of 38,999 rupees, while the 12 GB + 256 GB model is sold at a price of 41,999 rupees. Sales will begin on April 9 at 12:00 IST (IST) via Amazon, the official OnePlus website, the OnePlus Store app, and authorized retail outlets.

As part of the introductory offers, customers using Axis Bank and HDFC Bank credit cards can avail a discount of up to Rs 3,000 on eligible purchases. With the implementation of these offers, the effective prices drop to Rs 35,999 and Rs 38,999 respectively. Additionally, buyers can opt for up to six months no-cost EMI on select cards.

OnePlus Nord 6: Features and features

Available in mint, silver and black, the Nord 6 features a 6.78-inch, 165Hz Sunburst AMOLED display that promises up to 1800 nits of brightness in high brightness mode and 3600 nits of peak HDR brightness. It also supports Aqua Touch 2.0 for use in wet conditions and 3840Hz PWM dimming to reduce eye strain in low-light environments. The device comes with MIL-STD-810H certification as well as IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings.

The phone essentially runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. It supports up to 165fps for gaming and includes features like Touch Reflex Chip, 3200 Hz touch sampling rate, and 6-axis gyroscope for better control during gaming.

In terms of power, the smartphone houses a 9,000mAh silicon-carbon battery with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging support. It also offers 27W reverse wired charging for charging other devices, as well as bypass charging for improved thermal management during long-term use.
For photography, the Nord 6 offers a 32MP front camera along with a 50MP Sony primary sensor with dual-axis optical image stabilization. It supports 4K video recording at 60fps and includes AI-powered tools such as AI Eraser, AI Unblur, AI Reframe, and AI Detail Boost. The smartphone runs on OxygenOS 16 and includes various AI features such as real-time translation, AI Writer, AI Browser, and integration with Google Gemini. It also offers AI Mind Space, which helps users store and organize content on the screen.

Connectivity features include G2 Wi-Fi chip and 5G Advanced network support.
