After an explosion pipe, a large pudding was opened near Clapham Common and caused comprehensive floods.
According to Thames Water, emergency services closed a part of the Clapham Park Road in southwest of London after a pipe explosion.
In a statement, they said that repairing the road would be “difficult” due to the size of the explosion pipe.
The photos published by the water company showed a large part of the road broken and dipped under water.
A second photograph showed a significant part of the road with a fire motors placed by Flood.
“Clapham Park Road, SW4, if you are impressed by the closing of the road, we will be very sorry,” Thames Water wrote.
“We are currently dealing with a explosion pipe that causes large amounts of floods to the region.
“We created traffic lights while working on the road to keep the people and our team safe.
Bu This will be a difficult repair because of the size of the pipe and this location.
“As soon as we confirm this, we will then enter the damaged section of the pipe and decide how to correct it best.
“When performing these emergency repairs, you should not notice any changes in your water source and we will continue to update you while working to solve it quickly as possible.
“As soon as we know more, we will go back to an update.”
