Royal fans hail Princess Lilibet as Meghan’s mini-me in sweet photo | Royal | News
Meghan Markle surprised Sussex fans with an adorable family photo on Instagram today. In the photo, Meghan, 43, and Prince Harry, 41, stand on a bridge over a small stream with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
The photo was shared on Meghan’s Instagram account with the caption: “Happy Holidays! From our family to yours.” It was shared with the title: Meghan and Lilibet are seen enjoying a sweet mother-daughter moment as Harry cradles their son’s face.
Lilibet, who was forehead-facing with her mother, was photographed in a blue dress and knee-high white socks.
The four-year-old is also seen wearing shoes that royal fans say are very similar to shoes Meghan has previously worn.
The shoes worn by the young royal are silver and black toe-toe Mary-Jane heels.
Taking in X, one fan commented: “Look at those shoes! [teary-eyed emoji] Princess Lilibet follows her mother’s fashion [pink-bow emoji]”
Meghan wore a similar pair of shoes when she appeared on stage in the Netherlands in April 2022.
He also wore a shoe similar to Lilibet at the Invictus Games in Düsseldorf in 2023.
Meghan’s post was shared just hours after Princess Catherine released her family’s 2025 Christmas card.
The Wales family photo, taken by photographer Josh Shinner earlier this year, shows Catherine and William sitting on the lawn in Norfok with 12-year-old Prince George, 10-year-old Princess Charlotte and 7-year-old Prince Louis.
