Major UK delivery company collapses into liquidation after customer complaints | UK | News

Quiver Delivery on Monday (April 13) appointed Ian Michael Rose and Paul Mallatratt of Abbey Taylor Jones Limited as liquidators, according to a government gazette published on Thursday.

The London and Paris-based business provides an emissions-free delivery service focused on helping retailers offer same-time, same-day or next-day delivery to customers.

Founded in August 2021, the business aimed to “be the physical connection between brands and their customers.”

The website asked users: “When was the last time you had a satisfactory delivery experience? Your order arrived where you wanted it, when you wanted it?”

However, Quiver has received a number of mixed online reviews for its service on digital review platform Trustpilot.

“Next day delivery does not mean next day. Twice last month I placed an order to be shipped next day and they didn’t even put it in the tracking system on the day it was supposed to arrive,” one user wrote in January.

In June last year, another wrote: “The service is absolutely terrible. I chose next day delivery and it did not arrive. Next day: no delivery. Next day: no delivery. Still waiting.”

Glowing reviews included one from March this year: “Great communication and service. My item was delivered within the promised time frame and follow-up updates were provided throughout the process.”

Another customer wrote in October 2025: “First time hearing about Quiver but good experience. Very fast. Courier called and made sure I was there, got the package and was friendly. I hope their green credentials are good too but I didn’t check! Glad Quiver was chosen and keep an eye out for them in the future.”
