A magnitude 3.6 earthquake was recorded near central Vallejo on Thursday afternoon, according to the United States Geological Survey. The earthquake struck around 12:41 a.m., about two miles southeast of the city, at a depth of about six miles, according to a report by SFGATE and NBC Bay Area.
