Channing Tatum shared a cryptic poem about anxiety and “divorce” on Instagram on Monday, four days after his ex-fiancée Zoe Kravitz got engaged to Harry Styles.

John Roedel’s poem Divorced My Brain and Heart depicts the tension of emotional and physical anxiety in which the mind and heart are separated from other organs.

‘I think I had a really honest conversation with myself about, okay, what do I want my life to look like in five years? So how can I make changes to target this? I don’t want to be the guy who is alone but says, “I really did it.”

‘I want to fulfill myself and I want to have great relationships with people. I want to make great friendships with people. I want a family. I want these. It just allowed me to think: okay, what do I need to do to create the space to allow these things to happen? ‘I can’t wait for these things to happen only to me.’

Styles talked about the importance of building a future with the ‘right person’.

‘They hold you accountable to the person they know you want to be. I think accepting flaws and stuff, yeah, it’s great to have understanding, but you know I want to be better than that.

‘So when you challenge me on something. “Actually, this is a gift for me,” he said.
