Barbara Bach, 79, won the hearts of young men across America when she starred as the doe-eyed Bond girl opposite Roger Moore in The Spy Who Loved Me.

But now, almost 50 years later, what the former bombshell conjured up was an image from her husband Ringo Starr’s Beatles days.

As she parked and fed the meter, she almost became Beauty Rita herself.

Ringo’s bandmate Paul McCartney wrote the song about a ‘civil servant’ after he was given a parking ticket outside the Abbey Road studios in London. It has become one of the classics from the band’s epic Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band album.

Deciding she wouldn’t be a victim like Paul, Barbara made sure she paid enough to keep the overzealous park rangers away.

Barbara, who still looks great despite being 79 years old, has been married to Ringo for 44 years, whom they met on the set of the movie Caveman in 1980. Sparks flew faster than the sound of drums, and soon the world’s favorite Bond girl was the drummer’s leading lady.

The American actress and model fell in love at first sight with The Beatles legend Ringo Starr while on the set of Caveman in 1980 and married him a year later.

She rose to fame as KGB agent Anya Amasova (not-so-subtly referred to as Agent Triple X) in the tenth James Bond film, about a megalomaniac’s plans to destroy the world and create a new world under the sea.

Before this, she was one of the most sought-after faces in the modeling world; She was posing for fashion magazines such as Vogue and Elle.

One of his most iconic shots appeared in Playboy in 1981, a year after he caught the attention of one of rock’s greatest legends.

The couple endured their share of turmoil in the early years, from a near-fatal car accident to a struggle with addiction, before entering rehab together and turning their lives around, trading their rock n’ roll lifestyle for outreach work and a devotion to vegetarianism.

Now, forty-five years after their love story began, she looked radiant and effortlessly chic.

Bach was seen heading to a morning meeting on Oct. 28 wearing smart black pants, a graphic tee layered under a sharp blue jacket, and pink-and-black sneakers.

He largely stepped back from the public eye to devote himself to the Lotus Foundation, which the couple founded in the 1990s to support charitable projects aimed at protecting defenseless animals and improving social welfare.

The couple overcame tremendous challenges, including surviving a near-fatal car crash and entering rehab together, before changing their lives for charity and a commitment to vegetarianism.

Bach has two children, daughter Francesca (47) and son Gianni (44), from her previous marriage to Italian industrialist Augusto Gregorini. She and Ringo never had any children together, but they have been married for over 44 years.

She completed her look with a black designer bag, a string of gold bangles, a dainty necklace, multiple gold rings, and a pair of classic aviator sunglasses.

Although her husband wasn’t with her on this trip, Ringo, 85, was busy preparing for the opening of her latest exhibition of original artwork at the Animazing Gallery in Las Vegas.

The collection is inspired by the vibrant ‘Spin Art’ style of the 1980s; 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to the charitable organization Lotus Foundation.

The couple, who sobered up after entering rehab in 1988, founded the Lotus Foundation in the 1990s.

The organization focuses on funding, supporting and promoting charitable projects that protect vulnerable animals and improve social welfare in areas ranging from substance abuse recovery to terminal illness care.

The couple married at London’s famous Marylebone Town Hall in 1981, just a year after they met.

Since then they have become almost inseparable; Bach joined The Beatles legend on numerous tours, appeared in many music videos, and even wrote inspiring lyrics in his songs.

Although they had no children together, they both married with families of their own. Bach has two children, daughter Francesca (47) and son Gianni (44), from her ex-husband, Italian industrialist Augusto Gregorini, whom she divorced in 1978 after a ten-year marriage.

Meanwhile, Ringo is the father of three children from his previous marriage to Maureen Cox: Zak, 50, Jason, 48, and Lee, 45.
