PM Modi to launch development projects worth over Rs 60,000 crore in Odisha today

According to an official statement, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Odisha on Saturday to put its cornerstones and open more than 60,000 RS multiple development projects in Jharsuguda. These projects are included in sectors such as telecommunications, railways, higher education, health, skill development and rural housing sectors. It will also appeal to a public meeting on occasion. In the Telecom field, the Prime Minister will assign the 97,500 Mobile 4G Tower built with Swadeshi technology at a cost of 37,000 RS. This includes more than 92,600 4G technology sites assigned by BSNL. Digital Bharat Nidhi said that more than 18,900 4G sites have been financed and more than 20 new subscribers will connect approximately 26,700 unconnected villages in distant, border and extremist areas. These towers are solar energy, which moves one step ahead of India’s largest green telecom sites set and sustainable infrastructure.
Which projects will be opened at PM Modi?
The Prime Minister is the cornerstone and dedicated of important railway projects that will increase the connection and regional growth. These include the foundation stone for the railway run in Sambalpur-Sarla, and the Nation of Koraput-Baiguda line to double the nation and the Manabar-Koraput-Gorapur line. These projects will significantly improve the cargo and passenger movement in Odisha and neighboring states and strengthen local industries and trade. On this occasion, the Prime Minister will also mark Amrit Bharat Express between Berhampur and Udhna (face), provide affordable and comfortable connections between the states, support tourism, create employment opportunities and connect key economic regions.
Other details of the state visit
PM Modi will also put fundamental stones for the expansion of Eight IT – Tirupati, Palakkad, Bhilai, Jammu, Dharwad, Jodhpur, Patna and Indore. The expansion will establish a capacity for 10,000 new students in the next four years and will establish eight state of technology research parks that will strengthen India’s innovation ecosystem and provide strong pressure on research and development. The Prime Minister will launch the Merite scheme designed to increase quality, equality, research and innovation in 275 state engineering and polytechnic institutions throughout the country. In addition, the Odisha Skills Development Project, which will establish world skill centers in Sambalpur and Berhampur and will cover developing sectors such as Agritech, renewable energy, retail, sea and hospitality, will start Phase II. In addition, five ITI UTTARSH ITIs will be upgraded, 25 ITI will be developed as centers of excellence and a new sensitive engineering building will provide advanced technical training. To develop digital education in the state, PM Modi will separate Wi-Fi facilities in 130 higher education institutions and provide daily free data access to benefit more than 2.5 lakh students. The health infrastructure in Odisha will receive a significant support during the Prime Minister’s visit. MKCG Medical College in Berhampur and Vimsar in Sambhalpur will place its cornerstones in the first class super private hospitals. Advanced bed capacity, trauma maintenance units, dentistry colleges, mother and child care services and expanded academic infrastructure will include extensive health services for the people of Odisha.
