Stuarts Draft truck driver charged after overpasses struck on I-81

According to Virginia State Police, a Stuarts draft truck driver was charged in the Interstate 81 after the two overpasses have carried a large burden.

Overpass strikes took place on September 22nd.

At about 16:14, the soldiers were informed about a large load that hit the overpasses in 241.5 and 239.5 miles. The truck continued on the south of I-81, and then it was found in a resting area in Augusta County.

Police, Stuarts Draft 62 -year -old truck driver John D. Duggins, maximum vehicle height, reckless driving, permission violation and two misdemeanor accusations were accused of crime damage.

Accidents are under investigation.
