A lot pension Living towns can be cheap, but it lacks the necessary livability for retirees to enjoy a comfortable lifestyle.

The 50 towns in Gamingrates’s new original work are listed in the order of livability index scores caused by Areavibes to represent the most livable pension towns of the country. This study referred to the US census 2023 5 -year American Community Research for cities with a total population and cities with a population percentage of 65 years and older, and at least 33%and median household income in each position.

Basic findings

  • Dunedin, Florida was the most livable pension town of the country. The city’s 84 aging points pushed him to the top. Approximately 35% of the population is 65 years and older.

  • The three most livable retirement towns are in Florida. Dunedin, Ormond Beach and Sebastian have 83 or 84 livability points.

  • Florida towns dominated, 26 in the top 50. Seven, Dunedin (#1), Ormond Beach (#2), Sebastian (#3), Gulfport (#6), Estero (#8), Napoli (#9) and Venice (#10).

  • Eight Arizona City made this list: Oro Valley (#5), Cottonwood (#11), Prescott (#30), Sun City (#34), Catalina Foothills (#35), Çeşme Hills (#44), Apache Junction (#47) and Payson (#48).
