A new healthy life hack is literally jumping throughout Tiktok. The trend, which has been popular in a viral video by creative Kathryn Smith, encourages the audience to start its days by jumping out of bed and jumping 50 times.
Although it may seem simple and even stupid, the practice had echoed with millions of people and spoke about how the small movement bursts could start the energy and mood.

“I am a lazy person by nature. I was always. I will never do anything I don’t want to do,” says Smith Viral.
“How did I come to the point where I am right now, there were many baby steps. So, the first thing to jump in the morning…. What I do when I get out of bed, my feet touch the ground, I jump 50 times.”
