‘Granny’ teacher, 61, who romped on porn sites banned from classroom | UK | News

A primary school teacher was fired and banned from the classroom for creating sexually explicit online content, a report has revealed. The Teaching Regulations Agency (TRA) said Lyndi Corston, 61, appeared on porn sites as a “granny teacher” and also had an OnlyFans account in which she showed herself naked while working at Rye Community Primary School in East Sussex.
Corston, who works for agency Engage Education, created the X-rated content between January 2023 and January 2025. Concerns about Corston emerged in September 2024 after a colleague at school saw the OnlyFans notification on his phone. He declared that he had an account that contained nudity but no sexual acts. report in question. And it wasn’t in his name either. Corston, who has been working regularly at the school on an agency basis since November 2022, closed the account when asked.
TRA said the woman initially cited her right to privacy, but later acknowledged that her behavior was wrong. The report said Corston apologized for his actions and acknowledged they were “unacceptable”. He has been banned from teaching, but this could be reviewed in 2028.
The report stated that the first year teacher had an “otherwise impeccable career” and did not create content while teaching, but also confirmed that children were “not directly affected”.
A spokesman for the primary school said “immediate and appropriate action” was taken.
“We have forwarded the matter to the relevant authorities and have fully complied with the advice and recommendations given,” they added. “We are committed to maintaining high standards of professional conduct for the benefit of our school community.”
Engage Education was notified that Corston was found to have engaged in sexual activity on a pornographic website in January 2025. It was said at the hearing that Corston consented to the production of the video and took part in it willingly. But the report said there was “limited, direct, first-hand” evidence of the allegations, including no footage or recordings.
“While there was a reference to certain people watching them, the exact circumstances were vague and vague,” he added.
However, he added that Corston “consistently and unequivocally admits his actions.” He also signed a statement of agreed facts.
The report stated that Corston bore responsibility as a teacher and that the public rightly expected him to set a “good example”. He added that students could potentially be “exposed to or affected by” his behavior in a “harmful way.”
