50 supporters of MP Chandrashekhar Azad arrested for vandalism

Police arrested about 50 fans of Nagina Deputy ChandraShekhar Azad for applying to Vandalism on Sunday, June 29, 2025.

The angry supporters of the deputies who were stopped by the police on Sunday (June 29th) on the way to meet the family of a person who died of a burning injury in Isota Village in Dragraj, created a Ruckus and two police vehicles were damaged.

Devishankar, the family of the deceased, claimed that he had burned after his defeat on April 13th.

According to the police, Mr. Chandrashekhar had reached the circuit house, but was stopped by the police for “security reasons”.

According to Yamuna Nagar Police Commissioner Assistant Vivek Chandra Yadav, 50 people accused of stone pelting and vandalism near Isota were arrested and the rest were identified. Cases are recorded under strict sections against these people.

DCP YADAV said that the accusations under the National Security Law will be applied to these people and the cost of damage will be recovered.

Mr. Yadav said that party workers gathered a large number after the information about the visit of Chandrashekhar to Isota Village in Karchana Tehsil on Sunday. After learning that the leader would not come, they started to ston.
