Elon Musk in ‘extreme pain’ after Epstein Island disclosure | US | News

Elon Musk has claimed he has been “relentlessly smeared” following the latest release of the Epstein files, describing the “extreme pain of being accused of being the exact opposite of who I am”.
The denials came after emails released by the US Department of Justice (DoJ) showed that Musk, the world’s richest man, was in correspondence with Epstein.
Files recently released by the US Department of Justice show Musk discussing a visit with Epstein for a ‘wild party’ on his island. A document published Friday shows Musk asking the following question in an email dated November 25, 2012: “What day/night will the craziest party on our island be?”
The House of Representatives Committee emphasized that the inclusion of their names in the published documents did not imply any inaccuracy and that the names appeared in different contexts, from general social contacts to specific business negotiations.
Musk’s 2012 email to Epstein came years after the disgraced pedophile financier pleaded guilty in 2008 to procuring a child for prostitution.
The email exchange, which took place nearly four years after Epstein’s conviction, revealed that Epstein asked Musk “how many people will you take to the island by helicopter?” It shows you asking.
The documents show Musk said it would likely be him and his then-wife, Talulah Riley.

Elon wrote to
“Even though I had never attended her parties, boarded her “Lolita Express” plane, set foot on her creepy island, or done anything wrong, I knew I would be vilified mercilessly.
“Still, the extreme pain of being accused of being the exact opposite of who I am was worth it.
“The strong must protect those who cannot protect themselves, especially defenseless children. I will gladly accept any suffering in the future to protect children and give them a chance to grow up and live a happy life.”
