Man arrested for sexual assault at rapper Gunna’s concert at London O2

A man has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault at rapper Gunna’s concert at London’s O2 Arena.
The Metropolitan Police were called to the scene in North Greenwich at around 8.20pm on Wednesday after receiving reports of an incident.
It was claimed that a woman in her 20s was approached from behind by a man who sexually assaulted her.
He was caught by staff and quickly arrested by police officers who arrived at the scene.
He is currently under police custody.
Police said the victim received support from specially trained officers and the Met prioritized the safety of women and girls across the city.
A spokesman said: “Officers continue to work closely with venues to provide awareness training to staff and we have expanded teams specializing in domestic abuse, stalking and sexual violence to provide a tailored response.”
Gunna is an American rapper from Georgia, best known for his ‘drip’ rapping style and his albums WUNNA, DS4Ever, and his single ‘Drip Too Hard’.
He is most associated with rapper Young Thug and has collaborated with artists such as Travis Scott and Drake.
He is currently on a world tour with a second concert planned at the O2 on March 31, as well as dates in Portugal and Amsterdam.
