Humiliation for Putin as drones unleash new apocalyptic strikes on ‘Russia’s Amazon’ | World | News

Ukraine is suspected of hitting two major logistics centers for the “Amazon of Russia” overnight; This marks the last successful drone attack on the heart of Vladimir Putin’s country. Devastating drone attacks caused Wildberries online market centers in St Petersburg and Crimea to catch fire.
Another attack was reported in the Tver region amid the massive failure of Putin’s air defenses during Ukraine’s most intense night offensive of the war. There were major flight delays in St Petersburg as black smoke billowed from the Wildberries attacks on Shushary and Utkina Zavod, possibly causing billions of pounds of damage.
The company, which fulfills 52% of all online orders in Russia, suspended its activities in these two centers.
The Wildberries headquarters in Tver was also hit, bringing the total number of online markets to nine in recent days, with many completely wiped out.
Separately, Ukraine used its own Flamingo missiles to hit the key defense facility Avitek in the Kirov region.
Fears of multiple casualties have arisen among workers at the Kirov factory following reports that no evacuation alarms were given before multiple explosions.
Dozens of ambulances were reported to be heading towards the production base under attack.
The strike came 12 hours after Putin held an “emergency” security council meeting as he desperately sought to ramp up arms production at facilities such as Avitek for a war that Ukraine refuses to stop despite the pain it is now inflicting on Russia.
