Mernda line and Hurstbridge line suspended as partially-derailed train blocks tracks at Clifton Hill
After a passenger train came out of the rails in Cliftton Hill, two train lines were suspended indefinitely.
Partly the rail train, on Sunday evening, stuck on the runway in a bottleneck on the Melbourne network and caused great delays for vehicles to the north -east of Melbourne.
