Trump says he will sue JPMorgan Chase over ‘debanking’ him after Jan 6 protests

Trump said he wrote in a long post on Truth Social.
He also said the report should have been easily rebutted with a phone call and insisted that the real issue now being taken to court was the bank’s alleged account transactions against him.

“Why didn’t The Wall Street Journal call me and ask if such an offer had been made? I would have told them ‘NO’ very quickly and that would have been the end of the story. Also, someone was led to believe that I had offered Jamie Dimon the Treasury Secretary job, but that would have been a job he would have been very interested in. The problem is, I had Scott Bessent do a great job,” he wrote in his post.
