Nearby surveillance video captured a brief, suspicious encounter around midnight, the Review-Journal reported, citing police records; The suspect is seen approaching the victim’s area and leaving about a minute later.
While the footage does not capture the murder itself, it reportedly captured approximately 61 loud impact sounds followed by what appeared to be a loud scream.
“The exact location of the crime scene was obscured by security cameras, but audio video surveillance … captured the suspect approaching Marceline’s location, and seconds later a scream was heard, followed by approximately 61 loud bangs,” the Review-Journal report said.
According to a statement provided to Fox News Digital, detectives determined that the woman was “battered at some point during the night.”
The Clark County medical examiner’s office ruled Biasini’s death a homicide, citing blunt head trauma, according to the Review-Journal.

He was expelled from Valley High School in January for allegedly trying to start a fire on campus, the Review-Journal said, adding that he has since attended school online.
Police also said Geiggar “had numerous incidents where his anger resulted in punching walls and trash cans” and had attended anger management classes, according to the outlet.
According to police reports, surveillance video from a nearby 7-Eleven showed the suspect wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and Vans shoes; Geiggar reportedly wore it while attending Valley High School.
Detectives also reportedly found bloody shoe prints at the scene.

The source said tests on Geiggar’s Vans shoes came back possibly positive for blood, but DNA comparison has not yet been completed.
Police added that Geiggar’s physical description matched that of the suspect.
According to the Review-Journal, the documents state that Geiggar denied the accusations, but admitted that he visited 7-Eleven with his brother around 1 or 2 a.m.
The video at that store reportedly did not show the inside at the time.
Geiggar has denied the accusations, according to documents cited by the Review-Journal. It was not immediately clear whether he had retained an attorney who could comment on his behalf. He was not convicted in Biasini’s death and the case is still ongoing.
Geiggar was detained on an open charge of murder, alleging murder without specifying the degree of the crime.
