And according to court documents obtained by TMZ… Victoria was offered a plea deal following an April incident in which she was found to be in possession of illegal cocaine and resisted arrest. The plea deal offered by Napa County required him to plead guilty to resisting/obstructing arrest and possession of a controlled substance…but would relieve him of the charge of being under the influence of a controlled substance. In return, he would have to abstain from drug use and submit to random tests.
This agreement would require him to be on supervised release for a year, as well as participate in an alternative program such as counseling. He would also be responsible for paying the fines associated with the charges as well as the program.

Victoria’s next court date was January 20, where she may have entered a plea to the case. However, it has not been able to reach so far.
TMZ has reached out to Victoria’s attorney and the Napa County prosecutor for comment…so far, nothing has been heard back.

As we told you, the charges stemmed from a welfare check conducted at Victoria’s location after she accidentally called the police in Napa. He told authorities he was fine, but while he was there, they noticed a white residue on his tongue, that he was talking fast and that he was “struggling with his body movements.” He admitted using cocaine that day and the police arrested him, but he resisted.

Victoria’s family broke their silence In a brief statement upon his death on Friday… “We appreciate all the kind words, thoughts and prayers. Please respect our privacy during this difficult time. Thank you.”
He was 34 years old.
