Trump sends California troops to Portland after court denies order

President Donald Trump rejected a court’s attempt to use the national guards in Portland and sent Federalized troops from California to Oregon.

The distribution falsifies the order of a judge, which prevents deploying troops in Portland, using the national guard members who already served in Los Angeles after the summer protests.

California Gov Gavin Newsom promised to sue on the maneuver, which he calls “the breathtaking abuse of law and power.”

Portland is the last US city, many of which are the Democratic leadership. The authority argued that troops were necessary to recover peace in the midst of protests on immigration sanctions.

Pentagon confirmed that 200 members of the National Guards of California were re -appointed to Portland to support other federal personnel who fulfill the US immigration and customs protection and official tasks.

“President Trump exercised his legal authority to protect the federal beings and personnel in Portland after violent uprisings and attacks on law enforcement officers,” the White House spokesman Abigail Jackson said. He said.

He attacked Newsom and said, “Portland throughout the country should stand by the citizens who follow the laws instead of violent criminals who destroyed cities.”

During the summer, after the city became the target of increasing migration raids, there were great protests every day in Los Angeles. In June, Trump deployed the national guards of the state to suppress unrest, which is typically the responsibility of the governor of a state. Newsom argued that use the army in Los Angeles is unnecessary and tension is inflamed. Trump said he saved the city from burning.

The Trump administration re -deployed the same troops in Los Angeles to Portland.

“This is not about public security, but about power. The Commander -in -Chief uses the US army as a political weapon against American citizens.” He said.

He said: “We will take this struggle to court, but the people can not remain silent by the US President in the face of such reckless and authoritarian behavior.”

In Portland and other cities, protests are continuing on the increasing implementation of Trump administration. In particular, Portland has long been withdrawn through the human concentration, which Trump has described as an anti-anti-anti-fascist “. The President recently signed an executive order that determines the group, a loose -organized movement of the left -wing activists as a local terrorist organization.

Portland’s deployment came to Chicago a day after allowing Trump to be deployed to deploy 300 National Guard Union to address what Trump said he was an out -of -the -art crime.

Chicago also saw protests on the increase in immigration sanctions. On Saturday, the protests were intensified, and the immigrant officials say that he and others have opened fire on an armed woman after allegedly hit their cars on law enforcement vehicles.

The woman’s condition is uncertain, but the authorities said that she had put herself into a hospital.

The state and the local leaders took Trump’s distribution plans there and called it as power abuse. Illinois Governor JB Pritzker said Trump is “trying to produce a crisis”.

On Sunday, Gov Pritzker told CNN that the troops’ authority would provoke protests. He accused his administration of creating a “war zone” to rationalize the response.

“They want turmoil on the ground. They want to create the war zone so that they can send more units.” “They use every arm under his command to prevent us from protecting us.”
