Dive team finds vehicle belonging to California mother who went missing with her baby

When he didn’t get home, his partner told CNN last month, he thought he was behind his mother to help him clean a newly bought house. Richard Owen did not realize that until the next Saturday, his partner would normally spend the weekend together.
Owen’s partner contacted his family – when they noticed that he was missing for three days – and his mother reported that he was missing to the Şerif Office of the Fresno district.
