Ditching his ‘Whizzinator’ in a patrol car was Florida man’s second bad decision of day
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office has accused a Florida man of conspiring to pass a court-ordered drug test. A plan that looks good on paper turns out to be difficult to implement.
His first mistake was getting behind the wheel and driving to give a urine sample on July 14. A deputy stopped 52-year-old James Shepard as he entered because his driver’s license was suspended, according to the sheriff’s office.
This amounts to a violation of criminal probation for multiple counts of burglary and theft. News 6 reports. He was arrested on charges of violating parole and taken to jail in the backseat of a patrol car.

“Driving with a suspended license was the number one offense.” sheriff’s office. “The second offense was tied to his groin.”
What Shepard strapped to his groin was what the sheriff’s office calls a “trick Buzzer.” It was made of a fake bladder with fake urine inside.
There was a heating pad and a fake penis attached to it. For the sake of comedy, I hope he grew up with false devotion. This detail is not mentioned, but there is video evidence of him abandoning the device, thanks to the camera in his patrol car.

After complaining of a shoulder injury and sliding the handcuffs forward, he is seen reaching into his trousers until he finally pulls out the “wet sausage” and throws it away.
When the deputy found the Whizzinator, Shepard said it wasn’t his. The video appeared to contradict his claim, and he now faces charges of driving without a valid license, violating probation, drug test fraud and tampering with evidence.
“This piss-brained dirtbag had already been given the deal of his life, wandering around on community control when he should have been sitting in a jail cell for almost a decade,” said Sheriff Rick Staly.

“Shepard terrorized our home building business and stole enough tools to open an appliance store, but he was only sentenced to community control when his own sentencing scorecard sentenced him to at least 9 years in prison. Now he faces a new set of charges after missing a second chance to turn his life around. Instead he tried to cheat the system. Now he needs to go to prison!”
Who knows how things would have turned out if Shepard had had someone else to take her and Whizzinator to the court-ordered drug test? As such, he is being held without bail.
