‘They’re so lucky to have you’: Meghan posts picture of Harry embracing Archie and Lilibet as she marks Father’s Day with sweet photo – as Waleses pay tribute to the ‘best papa’ Prince William

To celebrate Father’s Day, Meghan Markle posted a sweet photo of Prince Harry cuddling Archie and Lilibet.
The Duchess of Sussex shared this photo on Instagram with the caption: ‘They are so lucky to have you. We all are. Happy Father’s Day to our one and only being.’
Harry, 41, can be seen smiling in the picture as he kneels down and hugs his two children.
Lilibet is wearing white shorts and top, with a giraffe teddy bear on her back, and Archie is wearing an England Fifa World Cup printed t-shirt from Zara.
The photo was published just hours after the royal family wished Prince William a happy 44th birthday and Father’s Day.
Harry is reportedly preparing to take Meghan and her children on a rare visit to the UK next month.
The Duke of Sussex is expected to take his family to England for the first time in four years to attend the one-year countdown party to the 2027 Invictus Games in Birmingham.
Children, Queen Elizabeth II. Since their last outing in June 2022 for Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations, they have been with their grandfather, King Henry III. They did not see Charles in person.

The Duchess has not made an extended trip to the UK since the late Queen’s funeral in September, apart from occasional stops in London for foreign tours.
Harry is said to be happy with security arrangements for the visit in mid-July and is now planning for seven-year-old Archie and five-year-old Lilibet to travel from California.
The prince is thought to have only seen his father twice in two years and is still awaiting a decision on what security provision he and his family will be entitled to in Britain.
An adorable photo was also released today to commemorate William’s birthday and Father’s Day. The heir to the throne and his daughter Charlotte were seen in the gardens of Kensington Palace after the Trooping the Colours, King Charles’ official birthday parade, last Saturday.
This photo features a grinning William with his arm lovingly wrapped around the shoulder of a radiant Charlotte.
‘Happy Birthday and Father’s Day to the best Dad in the world! “We love you so much,” reads the caption, which Kate Middleton, Charlotte, George and Louis signed with a heart emoji.
To mark the occasion, a photograph of King Charles and Prince William was also published on the Royal Family’s official X account, along with the simple caption ‘Happy Birthday to the Prince of Wales’.
The father and son were photographed during a rare joint public appearance in October 2025, while they were at the Natural History Museum in London for the Countdown to COP30.
It was published minutes after Charles paid tribute to Prince Philip on Father’s Day.
A touching photo of young Charles standing next to his father was also published on the Royal Family’s official X account.
The monarch and the late Duke of Edinburgh, wearing Royal Air Force service dress uniforms, stand side by side with the caption: ‘Congratulations to all Fathers and thinking of those who wish to be with their Fathers today.’
The Prince of Wales’s birthday celebrations come a day after the Duchess of Gloucester’s 80th birthday.
To mark the occasion, a photo of King Charles and Prince William was also posted on the Royal Family’s official X account, along with the simple caption: “Happy Birthday to the Prince of Wales.”

William and Charlotte’s sweet moment contrasted with events earlier in the day, when the Princess of Wales stared at anti-monarchists booing her and her children during their Trooping the Color appearance.
Princess Catherine looked unamused in response to the taunts as she rode in a horse-drawn carriage with George, Louis and Charlotte at the traditional annual event.
Anti-monarchy group Republic organized a demonstration by unfurling umbrellas with the words ‘Stop the Monarchy’ written on them.
There were also slogans such as “Not My King” and “Not My Queen” as Kate and her family headed from central London to Buckingham Palace for King Charles’ official birthday celebration, even though he was actually born on November 14, 1948.
Kate appeared unimpressed by the jeers ahead of the Royal Family gathering on the balcony of Buckingham Palace; There was also applause from the crowd gathered for the festival.
It’s been a busy week in the run-up to his birthday for William, who joined the Royal Ascot carriage procession on the second day of racing.
He was joined on the racetrack by Kate, 44, who wore a bright yellow £1,095 outfit from Roksanda, while William had yellow flowers pinned to his lapel.
It was a particularly poignant occasion for the Princess of Wales, who has not attended Ascot since 2023 due to a cancer diagnosis.
William was in a cheerful mood and was seen laughing and joking with the audience.
An Aston Villa fan and FA chairman showed his support for the Birmingham club by joking with a sports fan about their team’s ‘good season’.
As royal-watching crowds gathered to see the future King and Queen, there was one person in particular who caught William’s eye.
The audience excitedly chanted ‘Up to the Villa!’ he shouted, and the crowd burst into laughter, before a cheerful William replied: ‘Oooh, I think people are saying that now.’ Is that you?’
After fans in the crowd hinted they were supporters of the Birmingham-based team, William raised his hand in support and nodded enthusiastically before adding: ‘Good season’ and chuckling.
Meanwhile, William this week donated a thousand pounds to help save a local pub that was in danger of closing forever.
