Meghan Markle to miss one beloved family member this Christmas | Royal | News

Meghan Markle seems to be a big fan of Christmas and would no doubt be excited to spend the day with her nearest and dearest in Montecito. While her and Prince Harry’s mansion will undoubtedly be filled with laughter and fun, it may also bring a touch of sadness.
That’s because the upcoming Christmas is believed to be the first Christmas in many years that Meghan, 44, has experienced without her late rescue dog Guy, who sadly passed away within the last 12 months. This will likely be heartbreaking for Meghan, who is left devastated by the dog’s death.
While the Duchess of Sussex hasn’t revealed how she feels without her beloved beagle this festive season, she shared the raw emotions she felt when he died earlier this year in a post on Instagram.
After Guy’s death, Meghan shared a reel of videos of Guy throughout his life, writing: “I’ve shed more tears than I can count, the kind of tears that make you jump into the shower with the ridiculous hope that the water running down your face will somehow make you not feel them or pretend they don’t exist.”
“But they are. That’s okay too.”
“Thank you sweet Guy for all the years of unconditional love. You have filled my life in ways you will never know.”
Although Meghan and Harry, 41, will miss their beloved beagle, they have two other dogs named Pula and Mamma Mia.
