VIT-A.P. University to host 3-day symposium on semi-conductors

Effetronics Systems Private Limited General Manager D. Ramakrishna underlined the importance of domestic products and application design to reduce import dependence on Tuesday, September 09, 2025.
Between 11-13 September 2025, the National Semi-Conducting Technology Symposium, which was planned to be held at VIT-AP University in Aaravati, spoke at a press conference before 2025 and needed large scale efforts in semiconductor-guided innovations to create high valuable work in India and progressed to the nation’s vision. “As Prahlada says that Hari is everywhere, today, the semiconductor chips are everywhere, in fact, the world -wide deployment is already 40 times more than the human population,” he said.

Deputy Chancellor, VIT-AP University SV Kota Redy, stressed the need for symposium in the current context. The three -day event announced how the faculty will be exposed to a number of key notes, technical sessions and applied workshops to students, research scholars and industrial professionals. He emphasized that India should accelerate the development of skills in semiconductor applications design and chip design to meet the future demands of the India.
Vice President CII andhra Pradesh, Narendra Kumar, CII andhra Pradesh is always at the forefront of initiatives to accelerate the development of talent in India.
IAAP President A. Indrajit said that such forums would raise awareness about developing opportunities and help stakeholders to understand future expectations and instructions.
Collectively, academic faculties, students and local industrialists called on the symposium to actively participate in the symposium and to benefit from this unique opportunity to establish relationships with national and global experts in semiconductor technologies.
