$500,000 reward to find murdered backpacker’s remains

There is a $ 500,000 prize for the discovery of the ruins of the British Backpacker Peter Falconio killed.
Bradley John Murdoch was sentenced to life imprisonment for a 28 -year -old murder and attack, and in July 2001 he attempted to kidnap his girlfriend Joanne Lees on the Stuart Motorway near Barrow Creek.
Ms. Lees was hiding in Bushland for five hours while Murdoch hunted her with her dog before she succeeded in marking a truck driver.
Murdoch is believed to hide the body of Mr. Falconio, who has never been found despite comprehensive searches.
Mark Grieve, the Commander of the North Ictic Police Deputy Crime and Intelligence Command announced the award on Wednesday.
In 2019, Murdoch was diagnosed with Bosphorus, first rejected treatment, but later treated at Royal Darwin Hospital.
