FATF Condemns Pahalgam Attack, Calls for Unified Action Against Terror Funding

New Delhi: On Monday, which expressed serious concerns about the Jammu and Kashmir attack on April 22, the financial action task force or FATF condemned the terrorist attack and called for a global ‘unified’ response against terrorism financing, while the attack could not take place and the vehicles of the terrorist supporters.
This FATF’s move is seen as a potential opening for strategic and geopolitical observers to force India to put Pakistan back into a gray list. Fatf also stated that he had identified gaps to combat terrorist financing and developed guidance on the risk of terrorist financing.
Against terrorism, the organization confirmed more than 200 judicial powers to strengthen terrorist financing pressure. “Terrorism supports more than 200 judicial powers in the global network to build and develop the counter -financing of terrorism (CFT) measures, including the strategic use of financial intelligence, as well as threatening societies and citizens around the world.”
