Surrey Police have urged anyone with information to come forward about allegations of human trafficking and sexual assault dating back to 1994 revealed in the Epstein files. The allegations, laid out in a redacted report released by the U.S. Department of Justice in December, allegedly occurred at Virginia Water between 1994 and 1996, Surrey Police said.
The force says they have “limited information” and are encouraging anyone with information “regarding these allegations” to come forward.
A Surrey Police spokesman said: “Having reviewed our systems using the limited information available to us, we have found no evidence that these allegations have been reported to Surrey Police. We would therefore encourage anyone with information regarding these allegations to report this to us online or via 101.
We take all reports of child and sexual exploitation seriously and therefore, as with any other matter, if new and relevant information is brought to our attention, including information arising from the publication of material in the USA, we will consider it.
“Where relevant and through the national coordinating group, we will engage with law enforcement to gain access to further information that may support our investigations.”
The agency’s call for witnesses follows a July 2020 FBI report that convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell of alleged sexual assault against Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor65 in Surrey in the mid-1990s.
The former prince has previously denied any wrongdoing regarding his Epstein connections but has not responded directly to the latest allegations.
The allegations, made as part of an anonymous tip, alleged that a woman was tied to a table and “tortured with electric shocks” by Maxwell while the former prince and other men watched.

Allegations were made that Epstein’s victims flew to Stansted Airport on the Lolita Express. Up to 90 flights are thought to have landed at the airport’s private terminal; 15 of these occurred after the US financier was imprisoned in 2008 for sexual offenses against children.
A spokesman for Stansted Airport said the airport “does not manage or monitor passenger arrangements on privately operated aircraft”.
Former prime minister Gordon Brown claimed the files showed in “graphic detail” how the disgraced financier used the Essex-based airport to “fly girls in from Latvia, Lithuania and Russia”.
