Chilling CCTV footage reveals serial killer Joanna Dennehy ‘flirting’ with male police officers after being detained for murder.

Dennehy, who has been called ‘Britain’s most dangerous woman’, was previously filmed giggling and joking around the station in an episode of the ITV documentary Joanna Dennehy: Serial Killer. On this 2019 programme, host Susanna Reid expressed her disgust at Dennehy’s “utterly shameless” behaviour; The recording offers an unforgettable glimpse into the deadliest moment of a psychopath’s mind.

Dennehy’s terrifying story is re-examined in Confessions of a Female Serial Killer, a new Amazon Prime documentary available to watch starting today (December 7). This latest program will examine how “Britain’s most notorious female serial killer” transformed from mother to murderer.

In 2014, Dennehy, 31, was sentenced to life in prison after confessing to the stabbing deaths of Lukasz Slaboszewski, 31, Kevin Lee, 48, and John Chapman, 56, as well as two attempted murders. Shocking footage aired on the previous ITV show shows “all his tricks”.

Forensic psychiatrist Professor Jeremy Coid suggests he “stunned” police officers by using seductive tactics similar to those of the “prostitute in the pub”. Just 40 minutes after his attack on dog walker Robin Bereza and survivor John Rogers, CCTV footage at Hereford station shows him appearing cool and unaffected.

While running his fingers through his hair, Dennehy compliments a police officer on his eyebrows before calling him a “good cop.”

A stunned Susanna says: “He laughs, he jokes, you could even call it flirting. He’s so shameless.”

“His behavior during this encounter was fascinating and the police gave me permission to view all the footage, which was never shown in full. It provides our clearest look into the mind of a psychopath at the height of his crimes.”

As the clip continues, the ruthless killer casually admits: “Attempted murder and attempted murder. It could have been worse.”

Professor Jeremy Coid analyzes his chilling demeanor with never-before-seen material.

The forensic psychiatrist says: “He is extremely seductive. He has a number of tricks.

“There are some things you might see in a prostitute exhibiting similar behavior in a bar: She flirts with the police officer.

“He’s a little embarrassed by her. He looks down and she gives him an extra long look; he compliments her.

“He runs his hands through her hair. He pulls her close.”

During a two-week rampage in 2013, Dennehy killed three people and attempted to kill two more. At her trial she showed no remorse for her victims and became the third woman in British history to be sentenced to life imprisonment. The body of local landlord Kevin Lee was found half-naked in a ditch in Cambridgeshire.

Dr Jeremy Coid explains: “Her body was placed in this way to humiliate him and to derive excitement and pleasure from his humiliation even after death.”

Two more bodies were found the day after Dennehy’s arrest. John Chapman and Lukasz Slaboszewski were found dead in a drainage ditch three days ago, following the discovery of Kevin Lee’s remains.

Attorney Michael Procter, who represented Dennehy in court, explained that she had a certain charm that helped her understand how to manipulate men into doing her bidding.

He explained: “If you had met this lady in a bar or at a social setting you would have thought she had a personality that you were quite attracted to, or that was my reaction.

“It was so unusual that at first I wondered if I had actually entered the cell with the right client.”

Five years after Dennehy’s conviction, Susanna also speaks to John Treanor, the father of Dennehy’s two children; Treanor insists the lifetime tariff is not a sufficient penalty.

Dennehy left the family home at 15 to be with her boyfriend John Treanor, then 21, and claimed she had become a drug-addicted rebel.

She said: “She is not the mother of my children; she gave birth to them, that’s all.

“She’s the donor; she gave them away. I really don’t want my children to have anything to do with this woman.”

“A few days later he attacks again, trying to kill two more people, picking them at random while walking his dogs.

“Dennehy, currently serving a life sentence, is known as Britain’s most notorious female serial killer, but how did she turn from mother to murderer?”
