Officials Seize House After Sons Evict 90-Year-Old Mother
Haydarabad: The state government seriously noted the behavior of two sons allegedly evacuating their 90 -year -old mothers from their own home. The incident occurred in Malakpet Moosarambagh after the income officials did not comply with the official notifications that would evacuate the facilities within two days.
Shakuntala Bai, who was not Ajenar, lived in a family house with one of his sons after his husband’s death a few years ago. However, instead of providing care in his old age, his two sons neglected him and forcibly evacuated him. He is still in Saidabad with his little daughter.
In February 2024, Shakuntala Bai approached the Income Department of the Haydarabad Region (RDO) with members of the Elderly Citizens Association. He wanted his sons to be removed from the house and restored his rightful residence. RDO called both sons and consulted them. Initially, they agreed to evacuate the house and return its ownership to their mothers. Nevertheless, they failed to do this in the following months.
Saidabad Toplotar Jayashree made a final notification three days ago and warned his sons to evacuate the facilities or confront government actions within two days. When the deadline was incompatible and the house was locked and the team and the team continued to seize the property.
