Epping asylum hotel latest: Appeal judges to rule on overturning injunction after migration protests

The three senior judges are expected to decide that asylum seekers will not take a temporary precautionary measure to prevent asylum seekers from taking part in Bell Hotel in EPPING.
The Somani Hotels and the Ministry of Interior, the owner of Essex Hotel, are trying to challenge the Supreme Court Decision, which will prevent 138 asylum seekers from being there on September 12th.
Duzines, including the authorities operated by the labor force, have announced that it plans to receive legal advice on the use of hotels hosting asylum seekers, that is, today’s decision may have inferences throughout the country.
The temporary decision was given to the EPPING Council last week after the authority claimed that Somani Hotels had violated the planning rules using Bell Hotel as accommodation for asylum seekers.
The protesters showed one of the residents for weeks after the charges of sexual harassment of a young girl.
At the end of a hearing on Thursday, Lord Justice Nicola Davies and Lord Justice Cobb sitting with Lord Justice Bean said that they would handle their decisions at 14:00 on Friday at 14:00 due to the great urgency of the issue ”. However, they added that they have reserved the right to extend the deadline date.
What will happen after the appeal court decision today?
The judge of the three appeal courts are expected to make a decision to overthrow a precautionary measure against the use of a hotel looking for a asylum in EPPING.
A Supreme Judge had given a temporary precautionary measures against the use of the hotel by ordering to the EPPING Forest Region Council, the transport of 138 asylum seekers living in Bell Hotel in Essex until September 12th.
Hotel owners tried to reversed the decision of Somani Hotels Ltd and the Ministry of Interior and applied to the appeal court for the permission to object to the decision.
The Court of Appeal will decide whether to object to the ban today. The judges are likely to overthrow the order of the asylum seekers from Bell Hotel – at least until the appeal is heard later.
If the judges reject the appeal, the precautionary measure will stop and the ministers will have to find a new house for 138 asylum seekers living in the property.
The other councils said that they thought their legal options in the light of the success of EPPING Council in the High Court. If the Court of Appeal, the EPPING FOST, with other councils who want to close the shelter hotels in their regions, are more likely to be more likely.
However, each case will be specific to the local area and will depend on planning practices made or not made by each of the hotel owners.

What was the decision to prohibit the use of Bell Hotel, which contained refugees?
At the center of today’s news, there is a Supreme Court Decision, which has given a temporary precautionary precautionary decision to Bell Hotel in Essex as of August 19th.
The entire 80 rooms in the hotel have been occupied by approximately 140 male asylum seekers since April, but the precautionary measure decision means that all of them should be moved by the Ministry of Interior at 16:00 on September 12th.
If this decision is broken today, the asylum seekers will be allowed to remain.
On August 15, the EPPING Forest Region Council issued its legal challenges against the Ministry of Interior and Somani hotels, which ruled the bell that took a decision four days later.
One of the residents of the hotel was arrested on suspicion of sexual harassment to a young girl, followed by unrest and intermittent violence for weeks in the area of angry protesters. He rejects the charges.
However, the EPPING Council’s case had nothing to do with it. Their argument was that the transformation of a working hotel into a long -term shelter unit was a “material change” that should require planning permission.
Although he was pleased that such a finding will form a dangerous precedent from his home office, Mr. Justice Eyre, who decided in favor of 11th hour, found out that this failure was dominated by the government to provide accommodation without any other way to support themselves.

The immediate closure of the government, the immediate closure of shelter hotels would be a disaster.
Since a state minister warns a “irregular discharge ,, the immediate closure of asylum hotels may lead to“ poor living in the streets ..
The Labor Party Government, ruled by the Ministry of Interior, is determined to immediately determine a dangerous precedent in favor of the prohibition of hotels and that the end of this practice should be done gradually as planned.
Health Minister Stephen Kinnock said to Sky News: şey What we don’t want to have will have much worse results than every hotel in the country, in fact we have, and will have much worse results in terms of potentially living impact on the streets on the streets. ”
“We have a series of options – unused warehouses, unused office blocks, unused military barracks.”
However, he added that efforts to find a solution will slowly manage the closure of hotels.
