PA MediaAccording to the city police, a woman died on a boat carrying migrants trying to cross the British channel.
The overloaded bot has been subjected to what the authorities described as 10 miles (16km) (16km) on the coast of Dover on Tuesday at 12:30 on Tuesday.
The British Coast Guard sent a border force ship to the scene, two lifeguards and a helicopter and released a call for a mayday for other transport in the region.
Police said the woman had been sent to Dover, but she died.
PA MediaAccording to HM coast security, several people withdrew from water.
A government spokesman said: “We are shocked and upset about this tragic event. Our urgent thoughts are affected by everyone.
“This last tragedy underlines the terrible dangers of small boat transitions and we continue to do everything we can to prevent emotionless criminals from exploiting vulnerable people.”
In the meantime, an investigation began as to whether an immigrant boat reached the city coast without seizing the border force.
Thousands of people passing the British channel are usually brought to the shore on the border forces or RNN boats, but it is reported that one has passed on Saturday for the first time since December 2022.
The city police said that five people were detained near Kingsdown and passed to immigration officials, and that the same day was recorded by the small boat.
Regarding the incident, the spokesman for the prime minister said: “As far as I understand, the investigation of the conditions that five people have been under control of immigration.
He continued: “We have important arrangements and technology to prevent uncontrolled landing.”
PA MediaIt is believed that about 500 people have switched on Tuesday.
According to French officials, a total of 77 people died in 2024 trying to go on a journey.
Thousands of immigrants have passed the channel on small boats since the new “an exit” agreement with France in August.
The plan suggests that for every immigrant, Britain returned to France and that another person with asylum cases in England will be allowed to remain.
In 2025, more than 30,000 people have reached England in small boats so far, and the worker has been more than 50,000 since he came to power in July 2024.
