BJP Bengaluru Southern MP Tejasvi Suria emerged strongly against the proposed tunnel project project in Bengaluru, which called it “public money spoils” and “congress work deception”. The Minister promised that BJP’s state government would not allow Deputy Prime Minister DK Shivakumar or BBMP officials to continue with him.
Addressing reporters at the BJP State Office on Monday, Syria claimed that the 18 km tunnel road from Hebbal to the milk circle was filled with irregularities.
“The tunnel project, which cost 18,500 Crore, is only for cars.
Mr. Syria criticized the congress government for not being able to complete the key infrastructure projects and even if the Deputy Prime Minister announced 100 km new ones, more than 20 overpasses remained before years.
He also increased concerns about the suburban railway network and said that the original plan of completing 148 km by 2031 is currently in the limo and four corridor projects stopped. “Every public currency should be protected. This project will fight the teeth and nail,” he added.
