Powerful 6.7-magnitude earthquake strikes the Philippines

The Philippines hit a strong earthquake in a powerful 6.7 magnitude.
The United States Geological Study (USGS) said the earthquake was near the Eastern Visayas region in the Philippines on Tuesday.
According to the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center, there was no threat of tsunami after an earthquake, a shallow central base of about 11 km.
Local authorities, not yet received a major damage report or damage, but Cebu and neighboring provinces, said inspections continued.
