15 held across Telangana for circulating child sexual abuse material

A total of 15 habits in the digital circulation of child sexual abuse materials (CSEAM) were arrested by the Criminal Criminal Cyber Security Bureau (TGCSB).
Accused
The defendant was described as Mir Zakir Mohiuddin Ali Khan, a 24 -year -old of Charminar; 30 -year -old Prasad Kumar from Secunderabad; 23 -year -old Syed Faeem Uddin from Charminar; 23 -year -old Guremm Mash of Amak in Yadadri Region; and 25 -year -old Mohd Baseer Mallepally Ahmed Kuraan. 29 -year -old Shaik Ameer, 25 -year -old Silmula MARTEEN and 31 -year -old Palancha Sandeep, all Nizamabad; 50 -year -old Battula Anjaneyulu, 29 -year -old A. Siba Dora and 28 -year -old MD Jalal Uddin, all from Karimnagar; 30 -year -old Imran Mohammed from Hanumakonda; 19 -year -old Siddhartha, Jagtial from Korutla; 20 -year -old Errola Shiva from Saroornagar and 19 -year -old Abed Alam Khan Kutbullapur.
The arrests were carried out on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 during a coordinated operation by the Specialist Child Protection Unit (CPU), who followed the usual criminals engaged in loading, storage and distribution of exploitative content.
The arrested individuals were taken from many regions such as Haydarabad, Yadadri, Karimnagar, Warangal, Jagtial and Jagadgirigutta. It was found that all of the 15 were at least 57 cyber -tipped complaints.
The operation resulted in 34 first information reports within the scope of the CT Law and the Protection of Children from Sexual Crimes (POCSO), including 17 cases received by TGCSB Cyber Crime Police Stations (CCPS).
The CSEAM content, which was recovered in the operation, first included foreign victims with children between the ages of 6 and 14. Approximately 90% of the content is related to girls. Authorities said that most of the defendants belong to the working and middle -class backgrounds.
Social Media Patrol and Dark Web Trawing
TGCSB Director Shikha Goel, the office as part of the operation of the CSEAM material connected to about 200 websites, he said. Action Against Social Media Companies

The officer also warned that even taking a look at such material was a punishment crime and will take action by the police.
