Don’s nephew Tim Patterson talked about deep grief and ongoing questions that have disturbed him since the death of his loved ones. He told the pain of watching what they were fighting for their lives in the hospital, a pain he had never experienced before.

Tim Patterson referred to his uncle Don as a “beautiful, honorable, compassionate man” who spread the “love and joy in everything he did .. He said that his uncle was constantly looking at his young heart and real care against others.
The court said that the lack of explanation was very heavy. He has difficulty in grasping a world without frost and gail. “Why did he decide that he would make his life a portrait of death and destruction?” he asked. “I think all of this is the ultimate injustice, explanation, lack of mind or regret.”
